ROUND ROCK, Texas â Paris Hilton and Nicole Richie â socialites, fashionistas and pop culture phenoms â will be appearing at the Round Rock Express' April 3rd exhibition game against the New Orleans Zephyrs.
Hilton and Richie, last spotted inciting chaos in rural Arkansas, are in the middle of a road trip across America not seen since The Grapes of Wrath, and what better way to experience America than with America's pastime?
The celebutantes will bring their very unique work ethic to The Dell Diamond. Bringing Louis Vuitton bags, however, is strictly prohibited. This is still baseball, after all, and there are two things not allowed in the American pastime: crying and Italian-made accessories.
The game itself will be one of the best values ever offered by the Express. The Maxwell Home Run Porch will have its debut, it will be the first game for the 2004 Express, not to mention the potential for bedlam thanks to the special guests. The cost of admission: $1.
