
Red Claws Re-Acquire Tim Frazier

PORTLAND - February 16, 2015 - The Maine Red Claws, presented by Unum, have re-acquired rookie guard Tim Frazier, whose 10-day contract with the Philadelphia 76ers expired. Frazier will re-join the Red Claws tomorrow night in Fort Wayne.
Frazier was the first member of the Red Claws to earn a GATORADE Call-Up this season, signing a 10-day contract with Philadelphia on Feb. 5. With the 76ers, Frazier played in three games, starting two of them, averaging 5.0 points, 4.7 rebounds, 8.7 assists and 1.0 steals in 35.7 minutes per game.
In 27 games with the Red Claws, Frazier has averaged 15.9 points, 6.8 rebounds and 8.9 assists per game. Twice this season, Frazier has recorded a triple-double, the fifth and sixth in franchise history. He is the first Red Claws player ever to log multiple triple-doubles. Frazier twice has won NBA Development League Performer of the Week honors.
The Red Claws face Fort Wayne tomorrow night, are at Rio Grande Valley Thursday, and at Westchester Saturday before returning home Sunday to face the Erie Bayhawks in a 5 p.m. game.
