Nick Sabo (Long Beach State University) scattered eight hits in six innings and won his fourth game of the year as the Gems exploded for nine runs in the 6th inning, on their way to a 14-2 win at Kiger Stadium. Klamath Falls chased starter Jamie Flynn (Western Nevada CC) who took his first loss of the year for Medford. Cody Hough (University of California Riverside) had three of the thirteen Gems hits as the Gems improved to 14-15 on the season, winners of two straight games. The Rogues fell to 11-15 overall.
