#9 - Olivier Lampron

Height: 6'0 ‚¬Â³ | Weight: 167 lbs

Year of Birth: 2007

Shoots: Right

Olivier Lampron is a big forward who played a key role in helping St-Eustache Vikings capture the 2023 LHM18AAA Regular Season Championship. Olivier put up 31 points (40GP, 8G, 23A) during the regular season and added 7 points (1G, 6A) in 7 games during their playoff run.

According to QMJHL Central Scouting:

Olivier is a complete player with a very good skating stride. He is physically strong, excels along the boards and in puck protection. He is effective when he works hard and when he gets physically involved. He will score most of his points near the net in the paying zones while being willing to pay the price. He has the ability to come out of tight spaces with the puck and take a quality shot at the net. He is a sure bet for the next level.

According to Katerine Aubry-Hébert, CSR Scout (OCT '22):

Olivier Lampron loves to get involved on both ends of the ice and that's why the Vikings' forward is having a good start to the season. In addition to having a good skating stride, he always drives the play north and does not hesitate to rush the opposing net, which allows him to generate offense. He is also responsible defensively, especially when it comes to backchecking quickly to his defensive zone. Lampron will need to continue to work on his physical game to make the most of his big size and improve his consistency.
