
66ers Named Mid-Size Business of the Year

Tulsa, Okla., February 10, 2009 - During the annual Bixby Chamber of Commerce Gala on Friday, February 6, the Tulsa 66ers received the distinguished honor of being named as the 2008 Mid-Sized Business of the Year, as selected by the business community and members of the chamber.
66ers President Jim Brylewski accepted the honor on behalf of the front office, ownership, coaches and players. "We are extremely honored to be selected by the business community in Bixby. We strive each day to be champions of our community both on and off the court," Brylewski said.
The annual Gala, hosted at the home arena of the 66ers, the SpiritBank Event Center in South Tulsa, was a vibrant mix of over 300 business leaders, owners and other chamber members. The night was full of elaborate items for live auction, including trips to luxurious resorts in Arkansas and London, England, as well as dinner, and dancing to a live Beatles-themed band.
