LAST WEEK'S GAMES
February 4 vs. Austin Toros - Colorado took over first place in the Southwest Division with a 121-119 win over Austin at the Broomfield Event Center. Eddie Gill came up with a clutch steal and a key free throw in the final minute on his way to 18 points, five rebounds, and 12 assists in the win. Josh Davis added 23 points and 11 rebounds, while Joe Dabbert chipped in with 23 and eight boards.
February 8 at Bakersfield Jam - The 14ers completed a two game series sweep of the Jam with a 110-105 road win. Dominique Coleman led the way with 25 points, six rebounds, six assists, and three steals for Colorado. Billy Thomas added a season-high 24 points to go along with his four assists and four steals in the win.
February 9 at Los Angeles D-Fenders - Colorado's five game win streak came to an end with a 125-104 loss to the D-Fenders. Five 14ers scored in double-figures led by Trey Gilder's 23 points off the bench, but Colorado couldn't overcome a spectacular 43 point, 12 rebound, five assist effort from L.A.'s Dwayne Mitchell.

COLORADO'S EDDIE GILL CALLED UP TO MILWAUKEE BUCKS
Guard Earns NBA D-League Season's Eighth GATORADE Call-Up
NEW YORK, Feb. 9, 2009 - The Milwaukee Bucks today signed Eddie Gill of the Colorado 14ers, making him the eighth GATORADE Call-Up of the 2008-09 NBA Development League season and the 127th overall since the league began play in 2001. The call-up is the third of Gill's career and the first for the 14ers this season.
Gill, a 6-1 guard, has appeared in 22 games for the 14ers this season, averaging 16.2 points, 8.2 assists (second in the NBA D-League) and 4.2 rebounds. Gill scored in double-digits 19 times, including 10 point/assist double-double performances.
No stranger to the NBA, Gill holds career averages of 3.1 points, 1.0 rebound and 1.1 assists in 181 NBA games with the New Jersey Nets, Memphis Grizzlies, Portland Trail Blazers, Indiana Pacers and Seattle SuperSonics.
A Weber State product, Gill averaged 16.3 points and 6.4 assists during his final year as a Wildcat.
Gill is expected to join Milwaukee today and be available tonight when the Bucks host the Houston Rockets.
NOTES
The 14ers continue to lead the D-League in scoring averaging 116.0 points per game.
Colorado also leads the D-League in per game averages for field goals made and attempted, free throws made and attempted, three pointers made and attempted, offensive rebounds, rebounds, assists, steals, and blocked shots.
Eddie Gill's GATORADE Call-up to the Milwaukee Bucks was the first of the season for the 14ers, and the 11th in the teams three year history.
Gill ranked second in the D-League with 8.6 assists per game at the time of his call-up.
Dominique Coleman leads the D-League with 2.7 steals per game.
Josh Davis is fifth in the D-League with a .892 free throw percentage.
Joe Dabbert is seventh in the league with 1.5 blocks per game.
