TULSA, Okla. - The Tulsa 66ers fell to the Iowa Energy, 123-102, on Saturday night inside the SpiritBank Event Center.

Five 66ers scored in double figures behind a game-high 30 points by forward Mario Little, who has combined for 52 points in Tulsa's first two games this season.

Ben Uzoh collected his first double-double of the year with 17 points and 10 boards while Larry Owens added 16 points.

As a team, the 66ers distributed 18 assists, including six from Uzoh.

"I think these two games we've played are very good learning experiences for us but don't say anything about the quality of this team," said Tulsa Head Coach Darko Rajakovic. "I believe in these guys and the group that we have. They work very hard and I'm sure we're going to find a way to improve and compete on a higher level."

Iowa (2-0) led the entire game behind 29 points and 17 rebounds from Othyus Jeffers and 29 points from Moses Ehambe. Jarvis Varnado scored 18 points and grabbed 14 boards.

The 66ers return to action on Friday, Nov. 29 against the Rio Grande Valley Vipers in Tulsa's first road contest of the season.
