6-Run Rally in 6th Leads Missoula Past Ogden

Missoula, MT- Action would remain tight through the first 5 innings in game 2 of a 6 game set featuring the Missoula PaddleHeads, and Ogden Raptors. Both teams would hold an advantage in those frames but by no more than 1 run. Both offenses would also struggle to scratch runs across as the game would be tied at 3 at the end of the 5th. The PaddleHeads offense would drastically change things in the sixth however, pulling away with a big rally in the frame.

Missoula would see 10 batters come to the dish in the bottom of the sixth inning. The first 7 batters that came to the plate in the inning also all reached base. When it was all said and done, the PaddleHeads had put 6 runs on the board in the frame to jump out to a 9-3 advantage. That would prove to be too much for the Raptors to overcome as Missoula would hold off Ogden down the stretch in a 9-6 win.
