$5 Mallards Tickets for Saturday's John Deere Community Night

MOLINE, Ill. (March 18, 2014) - The Quad City Mallards have partnered with John Deere to make 2,000 tickets to this Saturday's John Deere Community Night match-up between the Mallards and Missouri Mavericks for just $5.

Saturday's contest is the second of two home games for the Mallards this week, who will welcome the St. Charles Chill and the return of Winning Wednesday presented by T.G.I. Friday's tomorrow evening. Both of this week's home tilts face off at 7:05 p.m.

Discounted seats for John Deere Community Night are available on a first-come, first-served basis, so fans are encouraged to take advantage of this special offer while supplies last. Discounted tickets for Saturday night's game can be purchased in person at the iWireless Center box office or through ticketmaster.com. The box office is open weekdays from 10:00 a.m. to 5:30 p.m., on Saturdays from 10 a.m. to 2:00 p.m. and on game days from 10:00 a.m. until the start of the second period.

Throughout this season, a Mallard victory on Winning Wednesday has meant each fan in attendance for a Wednesday win has received a ticket to the Mallards' next Wednesday game courtesy of T.G.I. Friday's. Since the Mallards tomorrow evening play their final Wednesday game of the regular season, should they defeat the Chill all fans at that game will receive a free ticket to the Flock's first non-weekend (Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday or Thursday night) home playoff game if the Mallards qualify for the postseason. The Mallards are currently in sixth place in the Central Hockey League; the top eight finishers reach the President's Cup playoffs.

A limited number of $20 4-packs of tickets for tomorrow night's game are still available at the iWireless Center box office or by calling the Mallards at 309-277-1364. In addition, $2 hot dogs and beers will be available at iWireless Center concessions stands during tomorrow night's game. After that game fans can join the Mallards at T.G.I. Friday's in Moline for a postgame party.

Tickets for this week's games and all remaining Mallards regular season home games can also be purchased at Ticketmaster outlets, through ticketmaster.com or through Ticketmaster charge-by-phone toll free at 1-800-745-3000. The ticket office is open weekdays from 10:00 a.m. to 5:30 p.m., on Saturdays from 10 a.m. to 2:00 p.m. and on game days from 10:00 a.m. until the start of the second period.
