MOLINE, Ill. (February 28, 2014) - The Quad City Mallards have partnered with John Deere to offer 2,000 $5 tickets for the Mallards' game against the Missouri Mavericks on John Deere Community Night, Saturday evening, March 22, the Mallards announced today.

Discounted seats for John Deere Community Night are available on a first-come, first-served basis, so fans are encouraged to take advantage of this special offer while supplies last. The March 22 tilt will start at 7:05 p.m.

"We're thrilled to team with John Deere again this season to offer the fans of the Quad Cities area the chance to enjoy a Mallards game at a significant savings," said Mallards president Bob McNamara. "This is another exciting opportunity our partnership with John Deere enables us to provide for the community."

John Deere Community Night arrives near the conclusion of a season that has seen the Mallards reach out to the community on a wide variety of fronts. Mallards players are also visiting area schools through the John Deere Street Hockey program. In addition, this year has seen the Mallards help raise funds for a host of charitable organizations through game-worn jersey auctions, a players-as-waiters Tip-A-Mallard evening and an array of other events.

The box office is open weekdays from 10:00 a.m. to 5:30 p.m., on Saturdays from 10 a.m. to 2:00 p.m. and on game days from 10:00 a.m. until the start of the second period.
