2021-22 Pats Home Schedule Released

REGINA - Your social calendar just got busier.

The Regina Pats released their 34-game home regular season schedule on Monday, as the road to the 2021-22 WHL regular season continues to take shape.

As previously announced, Regina's regular season home opener is Saturday, October 2 against the Prince Albert Raiders. The Pats regular season home schedule concludes Friday, April 1 against the Winnipeg ICE.

"Today is another step towards what we know will be an exciting 2021-22 season for our organization. We can't wait to welcome our fans back to the Brandt Centre and provide them with a first-class product on and off the ice," said Pats Vice President of Hockey Operations and General Manager John Paddock.

KEY DATES:

Friday, October 2, 2021: home opener vs. Prince Albert (7 p.m.)

Monday, December 27, 2021: first game after Christmas break vs. Edmonton (7 p.m.)

Monday, February 21, 2022: Family Day vs. Swift Current (2 p.m.)

Friday, April 1, 2022: final regular season home game vs. Prince Albert (7 p.m.)

20 of Regina's home games are scheduled for Friday (10) or Saturday (10) nights, with Wednesday also a popular day on the schedule with eight games. Puck drop for all Pats home games, save for four afternoon contests, will be 7 p.m.

Speaking of afternoon starts, fans with young families can look forward to 4 p.m. games against Brandon on Sunday, October 10, and Moose Jaw on both Saturday, January 1, and Sunday, January 30. A Family Day game against Swift Current on Monday, February 21 gets underway at 2 p.m.

Three months will be particularly busy for the Pats at home, as the club will play six Brandt Centre games in both December and January, while there will be eight home games in March.
