2021-2022 Regular Season Schedule Set

July 27, 2021 - Western Hockey League (WHL) - Medicine Hat Tigers News Release

Medicine Hat, AB - The Medicine Hat Tigers along with the Western Hockey League (WHL) released the 2021-2022 regular season schedule today.

The Tigers 52nd season in the WHL kicks off with a home and home series against division rivals, the Swift Current Broncos. The Bengals will play in Swift Current on Friday, October 1st, before returning home to the newly rebranded Co-op Place to host the Broncos on Saturday, October 2nd.

This season the Medicine Hat Tigers have moved the start time of all Friday and Saturday home games to 7:00pm, while home games played on Sundays will have a 6:00pm start time. Weekday games remain at 7:00pm.

The fan favourite Teddy Bear Toss game will make it's return to Medicine Hat on December 4th when the Tigers host the Brandon Wheat Kings. On January 1st, 2022 the Tigers will welcome the Winnipeg ICE for a New Years Day game, and on Monday, February 21st the Tigers will host the Prince Albert Raiders on Family Day for a 2pm matinee game. The Tigers regular season will conclude with a home and home series against the Lethbridge Hurricanes, with the Tigers hosting Fan Appreciation Night on April 2nd at Co-op Place.
