
2016 U.S. Men's National Under-18 Team Roster Announced

COLORADO SPRINGS, Colo. - USA Hockey today announced the 22-player roster for the U.S. Men's National Under-18 Team that will compete at the 2016 International Ice Hockey Federation Under-18 Men's World Championship from April 14-24, in Grand Forks, North Dakota.

The United States is featured in Group A along with Latvia, Russia, Sweden and Switzerland and will play its round-robin portion of the schedule at Ralph Engelstad Arena. A full U.S. schedule can be found below. Group B consists of Canada, the Czech Republic, Denmark, Finland and Slovakia.
The U.S. seeks its third-straight gold medal in the event after capturing the tournament title last year in Zug and Lucerne, Switzerland. Team USA has earned 12 straight medals, including gold in six of the past seven tournaments. Overall, the U.S. boasts 14 medals at the IIHF U18 Men's World Championship, the most of any country.
