WINNIPEG - The Winnipeg Goldeyes are pleased to release its 2012 Promotions Schedule, one that includes nine fireworks nights, 12 giveaway games, 16 theme games and a variety of special promotions perfect for the whole family!
The Goldeyes opening home stand launches on Tuesday, May 29 at 7:00 p.m. versus the Amarillo Sox. Opening Day features the Canadian Forces, a Goldeyes Magnet Schedule giveaway and a spectacular post-game fireworks show by award winning Archangel Fireworks.
The Goldeyes will host eight additional post-game fireworks shows scheduled for the nights of: June 12, June 22, July 4, July 12, July 24, August 10, August 28 and September 3.
Back by popular demand, the Saturday Night Party on the Patio returns for its second year. Fans that choose to enjoy the game on the patio will receive a great view as well as food and beverage specials all night long!
Also back for its second season, is Wine, Women and Baseball. This exclusive evening for women will take place on three occasions this season. Ladies in attendance receive wine samples, an evening of pampering and a great baseball game.
The Goldeyes plan many new and returning fan favourite promotions this season including: PJ Party, Movie and a Sleepover; Christmas in July; St. Paddy's Night; Shirt Off Our Backs; Jamaica Night and trip giveaway; Country Night and Turn Back the Clock Night. New theme nights include; Manitoba Baseball Hall of Fame Game; Canadian Heritage Night with a train trip to Jasper giveaway; Margaritaville and 92 Night - Salute to 1992.
Join us one hour prior to every game to enjoy some of Winnipeg's best talent on the Winnipeg Free Press Stage.

- Goldeyes/Pepsi Baseball Cap Giveaway on July 3 (First 2,500 fans, sponsored by Pepsi)
- Team Photo Giveaway & Pre-Game On-Field Autograph Session on July 8 and August 29
- Serta PJ Party, Movie and a Sleepover on July 14
- Christmas in July & Snow Globe Giveaway on July 25 (First 1,500 fans, sponsored by Manitoba Hydro)
- Margaritaville on August 7 with world famous Jimmy Buffet impersonator, The Tom Watt Band
- Backpack Giveaway on August 28 (First 2,000 fans, sponsored by Magnum Oil)

The 2012 regular season will conclude with Fan Appreciation Night on Monday, September 3. Fans will win a ton of great prizes and be entertained by a post-game fireworks show.
