2009 Worcester Tornadoes Schedule Out Now

Worcester, MA- The Worcester Tornadoes Professional Baseball Club have announced their fifth season anniversary schedule for 2009.
The Tornadoes home opener will take place on Thursday, June 4th at 7:05 pm against the newest member of the Can-Am League; American Defenders of New Hampshire. The Tornadoes will host 47 home games at Hanover Insurance Park at Fitton Field during the 94 game schedule running from Thursday, May 28th through Sunday, September 7th.
The Tornadoes will host 14 home games on weekends and are planning to have Fireworks Nights again on the schedule this season.
The Tornadoes will host Baseball in Education Day on Wednesday, June 11th at 11:05 am and Parks and Recreation Day Thursday, July 16th at 11:05 am. The team will also host the Father's Day game on Sunday, June 21st at 2:05 pm as well as Scout Sleepover Night on Saturday, July 18th. The team will also host the popular Camp Weeks on July 6th, July 27th, and August 10th.
