The Toledo Mud Hens fan event will be January 27th...

Mark the date on your calendar – Tuesday, January 27, 2004 – and make your plans to be a part of this yearly event as the Mud Hens are pleased to present a line-up of special guests to help kick off the 2004 season of Tigers and Mud Hens baseball.

The event will be held on the third and fourth floor banquet facilities at Fifth Third Field, located at the corner of Washington and St. Clair Streets above the Swamp Shop merchandise store.

Guests scheduled to appear:

*Toledo Mud Hens Pitching Coach Jeff Jones

*Toledo Mud Hens Hitting Coach Leon "Bull" Durham

*Tigers bullpen coach Lance Parrish

*Tigers Pitching Coach Bob Cluck

*Tiger pitchers Mike Maroth, Chris Mears, and Mike Bumatay

*Tigers outfielder Craig Monroe

*Pitching prospect Kenny Baugh

*Fox Sports Net color commentator Rod Allen

*Former Tiger infielder Jason Thompson

*Tigers Senior Vice President of Business Affairs Jim Stapleton

*President of Ilitch Holdings, Inc. Denise Ilitch

*Mascots Muddy the Mud Hen, Muddonna, and PAWS

All guests will be available to the media for interviews from 6-6:30 p.m.

From 6:30-7:30 the guests will be available to fans for a question and answer session followed by an autograph session from 7:30-8:30 p.m.

Tickets for Fandemonium, which are limited in supply, are priced at $12 with a portion of the proceeds to benefit the Toledo Police Athletic League. Fans can purchase tickets by phone at (419)725-HENS or at the Mud Hens Swamp Shop at 406 Washington Street.
