
13 Oil Kings Attending NHL Development Camps

Edmonton, AB - A total of 13 players from the 2022 WHL Champion Edmonton Oil Kings have been invited to attend NHL Development Camps this week.
Forwards Jake Neighbours (St. Louis Blues), Dylan Guenther (Arizona Coyotes), Justin Sourdif (Florida Panthers) and Jalen Luypen (Chicago Blackhawks), along with defencemen Kaiden Guhle (Montreal Canadiens) and Luke Prokop (Nashville Predators), as well as goaltender Sebastian Cossa (Detroit Red Wings) will all attend the development camp of the NHL team that drafted them.
Joining the list of camp invitees are six undrafted Oil Kings:
F Carter Souch - Vegas Golden Knights
F Josh Williams - Nashville Predators
F Jaxsen Wiebe - Columbus Blue Jackets
D Simon Kubicek - Winnipeg Jets
D Logan Dowhaniuk - Edmonton Oilers
G Kolby Hay - Florida Panthers
*Oil Kings forward Jakub Demek, who was selected by the Vegas Golden Knights in the fourth round of the 2021 NHL Draft, will not be taking part in the Golden Knights' camp.
