
Sea Wolves Agree To Terms With Mark Hurtubise

BILOXI, MS - The Mississippi Sea Wolves announced on Tuesday that they have agreed to terms with center Mark Hurtubise. Per club policy, terms of the deal were not disclosed.
Hurtubise spent the 2006-07 season with Long Beach of the ECHL, scoring 17 goals and 24 assists in 71 games. The 6-2, 185-pound Hurtubise spent his first professional season with Adirondack of the United Hockey League, scoring 24 goals and 42 assists for 66 points in 68 games. Prior to turning professional, Hurtubise played four seasons in the Quebec Major Junior Hockey League with the Quebec Remparts and the Val d'Or Foreurs, scoring 161 points (63g, 98a) in 247 games.
"Mark Hurtubise brings a great offensive skill set to the table," stated Sea Wolves head coach Steffon Walby. "It's a pivotal year in his career and he has the potential to have a breakout season on the Mississippi coast."
