
Memphis Grizzles Re-Assign Wade Baldwin IV to Iowa Energy

Memphis, Tenn. - Memphis Grizzlies General Manager Chris Wallace today announced the team has re-assigned guard Wade Baldwin IV to the team's NBA Development League affiliate, the Iowa Energy. This marks his second assignment to Iowa during his rookie season.
Baldwin (6-4, 202) has appeared in 20 games (one start) and averaged 3.9 points, 1.6 rebounds and 2.2 assists in 14.5 minutes for the Grizzlies since he was drafted in the first round (17th overall) of the 2016 NBA Draft following his sophomore season at Vanderbilt University.
The 20-year-old Belle Meade, N.J. native started both games in his first assignment to Iowa (Nov. 19-24) and averaged 18.5 points, 4.0 rebounds and 2.5 assists in 26.8 minutes while shooting 60.0 percent from the field.
