
Tiger-Cats Add Four on Defence

HAMILTON - The Hamilton Tiger-Cats announced today that the team has re-signed international defensive lineman Sam Scott and added international defensive linemen Adewale Ojomo and Dan Giordano as well as international linebacker Dan Molls.
Scott, a 6-5, 245-pound, native of Chester, Pennsylvania, returns to Hamilton after spending time on both the team's active and practice rosters in 2013 and 2014. In nine appearances over two seasons with the Tiger-Cats, he notched 23 defensive tackles and two sacks.
Ojomo, a 6-5, 270-pound, native of Opa Locka, Florida, recorded 79 defensive tackles and 11 sacks in four seasons at the University of Miami. The former Hurricane had stints with the NFL's New York Giants, Buffalo Bills, Tennessee Titans, Seattle Seahawks and Dallas Cowboys prior to landing on the Ticats practice roster last season.
Giordano, a 6-4, 260-pound, native of Frankfort, Illinois spent time with the NFL's Arizona Cardinals in 2013 and 2014 after wrapping up his collegiate career at Cincinnati. In four seasons with the Bearcats, he registered a total of 168 defensive tackles, 39 tackles for a loss, 20 quarterback sacks, three forced fumbles, and two pass breakups.
Molls, a 6-0, 238-pound, native of North Royalton, Ohio, played four seasons at Toledo where he registered 422 tackles, nine quarterback sacks and seven interceptions with the Rockets. He previously spent time with the NFL's Pittsburgh Steelers and San Diego Chargers before ending up with the Tiger-Cats last October.
