Stamps Add Receiver

Calgary Stampeders head coach and general manager John Hufnagel is pleased to announce that import receiver Khalil Paden has signed with the team. As per club policy, terms of the agreement were not disclosed.

Paden led Nothern Arizona University with 61 receptions for 991 yards and eight touchdowns as a senior in 2011 and was an All-Big Sky honourable mention selection. He ranked fifth in both receptions and receiving yards per game in the Big Sky conference and had five 100-yard receiving games. Paden had a tryout with the National Football League's Arizona Cardinals in 2011.

In other transaction news, the Stamps released import receiver Donavon Kemp.

Stamps training camp, presented by bet365.net, continues today with sessions at 9:05 a.m. and 4:20 p.m.
