With the conclusion of the OHL playoffs, the Storm will be announcing our major award winners for the 2012-13 season over the next couple of days. The Storm announced today that Robby Fabbri was named the team's Rookie of the year for the 2012-13 season. Fabbri was a solid addition to the line-up this season scoring 33 points (10 goals and 23 assists). Leading all Storm first year players in points, Fabbri finished up the year in 15th for overall league rookie scoring.

The Mississauga native recorded his first OHL goal and hat trick on the same night against the Niagara Ice Dogs on November 3rd. He was selected to play for Team Ontario in the World U-17 tournament over the Christmas break last year.
