John Luke, Sadie, and Reed Robertson will be in attendance at the game and will be signing autographs for fans as well as taking part during in-game promotions. John Luke and Sadie are the children of Duck Commander CEO, Willie Robertson. Reed, who is a star athlete at Ouachita Christian High School, is the son of Jase Robertson, who makes many of the duck calls that have made the company so successful.
The Beach Bums will also be wearing special Duck Commander Night camouflage jerseys that will be auctioned off following the contest and signed by John Luke, Sadie, and Reed.
"We are overjoyed to be able to bring these cast members to a Beach Bums game," said owner and CEO John Wuerfel. "This is a huge event, not just for the Beach Bums, but for all of Traverse City and Northern Michigan."
"Duck Dynasty" is the #1 rated show on cable television (Nielsen, Week Ending April 22, 2013) with a 5.6 share, equal to upwards of 9.6 million viewers.
The Robertson family revolutionized the hunting and gaming industry in the early 1970's when family patriarch, Phil Robertson, invented the Duck Commander Duck Call, which has become the basis for all duck calls since.
