Express National Anthem Auditions May 4-5

For the first time in team history, the Eau Claire Express will be holding open auditions for a chance to sing the national anthem at an Express home game during the 2013 season. National anthem auditions will be held at Carson Park on Saturday, May 4 and Sunday, May 5.

Performers will have the opportunity to audition at Carson Park any time between 4:30 p.m. and 6:30 p.m. on Saturday and 2 p.m. to 4 p.m. on Sunday. There is no appointment necessary and performers will audition in the order in which they arrive. Anyone is eligible to participate (solo, quartet, instrumental, etc.). Auditions are free and open to all ages.

Singers will perform a cappella with a microphone, which will be provided. We are looking for performers who can sing either the "Star-Spangled Banner", "O Canada", or both anthems. All other equipment is the responsibility of the performer(s). All entries will receive two ticket vouchers to use for any 2013 Express game.
