Riverfront Stadium to Host Perfect Game Event & Heat Baseball Classic

Waterloo, IA - Renovated Riverfront Stadium will be the site of a Perfect Game Spring Wood Bat League event and the Heat Baseball Classic. Both events are scheduled to take place within the next five weeks.

On Saturday, April 27, Perfect Game will hold games for their Iowa Spring Wood Bat League at Riverfront Stadium. Five games will be played with game one starting at 9:00 am. For more information, utilize the Perfect Game website at http://www.perfectgame.org/events/Default.aspx?event1335.

The Heat Baseball Classic, a USSSA NIT tournament organized by the Heat Baseball Club of the Cedar Valley, is scheduled to play three days of baseball at Riverfront Stadium. Day one of action at Riverfront begins on Friday, May 3 with two games beginning at 6:15 pm. Seven games will be played on Saturday, May 4, beginning at 9:00 am followed by five games starting at 9:00 am on Sunday, May 5. The Bucks will open the 2013 season at home versus the St. Cloud Rox on May 29. Season tickets, group outings, and single-game tickets are currently on sale.
