Teddy Bear Toss and Boy Scout Night Returns

ONTARIO, Calif. - The Ontario Reign, defending Pacific Division Champions and proud affiliate of the NHL's 2012 Stanley Cup Champion Los Angeles Kings, in conjunction with Unleash Solar, are hosting the 3rd Annual Teddy Bear Toss, as well as a clothing/book drive with Goodwill to benefit the Hope Reigns Foundation and will be hosting Boy Scouts of America on December 8, 2012 at 6:00 p.m.
Fans are invited to bring teddy bears, or other stuffed animals, to the game to take part in the Reign's Annual Teddy Bear Toss. When the Reign score their first goal of the night, everyone in the arena will toss their bears onto the ice to celebrate. All of the bears will be collected and donated to Goodwill.
Looking for your end of the year tax donation? Want to clean out your closets? Start gathering up your gently used clothing, toys and books and bring them to Citizens Business Bank Arena from 11:30 a.m. to 6:30 p.m. on December 8. Goodwill, an organization that works to better families and communities, will be outside Citizens Business Bank Arena collecting gently used books, clothing and toys from fans. There will be no appliances, furniture or large items taken during this drive. However, if you have any e-waste items those will be accepted (i.e., any small item with a plug). With each large bag of clothing, toys or books you will receive a ticket voucher to the Reign's December 19, 2012 game against the Las Vegas Wranglers. Be sure to bring your items and help support the Hope Reigns Foundation.
Local Boy Scouts will be in the arena to enjoy an evening of Reign hockey and be a part of Boy Scout Night. A portion of tickets purchased through the Ontario Reign link will benefit the Boy Scouts of America, California Inland Empire Council, and each ticket purchase will receive a collectable patch.
