
Penguins Sign Farnham to PTO

WILKES-BARRE, Pa. - The Wilkes-Barre/Scranton Penguins announced today that they have signed forward Bobby Farnham to a professional tryout agreement.
Skating in his first full professional season, Farnham has posted three goals, one assist and 46 penalty minutes in nine games with the Wheeling Nailers.
Originally from North Andover, MA, Farnham was a four-year letterman at Brown University, where he totaled 23 goals, 31 assists and 126 PIM over 129 contests.
Farnham, 23, made his pro debut following his senior season with the Bears, signing an amateur tryout agreement with the Providence Bruins on Mar. 7 and appearing in three games. He also played in three games for Worcester after agreeing to an ATO with the Sharks on Apr. 12.
The Penguins host the Binghamton Senators at Mohegan Sun Arena at Casey Plaza tonight at 7:05 PM. Season tickets for the Penguins' 14th season in the American Hockey League are on sale now, and available by calling (570) 208-PENS.
