Pearl, MS - The Mississippi Braves announce today Saturday, July 28, 2012, that OF Christian Marrero has been traded to the Pittsburgh Pirates Organization for INF Brian Friday who has been assigned to AAA-Gwinnett.

Mississippi's roster has 22 active players and 3 disabled.
