SAN JOSE, CA- The San Jose Giants return to Municipal Stadium on Friday, July 20 for a three game series against the Inland Empire 66ers. Friday is Disability Awareness Night presented by Miceli Financial Partners where the evening will be dedicated to expanding awareness of the 54 million Americans with disabilities. Then, Saturday, July 21 is the 5th Annual Italian Night presented by Sons of Sicily Aiuto Foundation. The entire night will be a celebration of Italian culture with raffles, Italian music, food, vendor booths and giveaways.

Disability Awareness Night presented by Miceli Financial Partners: The mission of the Disability Awareness Night at the ballpark on Friday is to recognize an individual/organization for extraordinary achievements, perseverance and dedication to the special needs community and to expand awareness of the 54 million Americans with disabilities.

Italian Night presented by Sons of Sicily Aiuto Foundation: The San Jose Giants have partnered with the Sons of Sicily for the fifth annual Italian Night at the ballpark on Saturday, July 21. The entire night will be a celebration of Italian culture with raffles, Italian music, food, vendor booths and giveaways. In addition there will be a silent auction for the special Italian themed, game worn, player jerseys where the winning bidder will have the opportunity to go out on the field and take their jersey right off their respective San Jose Giant's back.
Drawstring Backpack Giveaway courtesy of Country Club Villa Apartments and Battaglia Ranch Tree Farm: In addition, the first 1,000 fans to the ballpark on Saturday will receive drawstring backpacks courtesy of Country Club Villa Apartments and Battaglia Ranch Tree Farm.

Martinelli's Apple Juice Kids Run the Bases: Following the conclusion of Saturday and Sunday's games, kids are invited down onto the field to run the bases, courtesy of Martinelli's Apple Juice.
Pepsi Pregame Clinic: Another pregame clinic will take place at Municipal Stadium on Sunday, July 22. Bring your glove and learn the fundamentals of baseball from a handful of San Jose Giants players. Registration begins 2 1/2 hours prior to first pitch at the first base side entrance next to the player's lot. After the clinic, participants will watch the instructors put their words into action as the Giants take the field in California League action. Junior Giants Day: Over 2,000 Junior Giants have been invited to take part in Junior Giants Day at Municipal Stadium on Sunday. They will participate in the pregame clinic and then be part of a pregame parade around the field. The Giants Community Fund, a 501(c)(3) nonprofit organization, collaborates with the San Jose and San Francisco Giants by using baseball as a forum to encourage underserved youth and their families to live healthy, productive lives.
Book giveaway presented by Scholastic!: Be one of the first 1,000 kids aged 14 and under through the stadium gates on Sunday and you will get a FREE copy of a Geronimo Stilton or Thea Stilton book from Scholastic!

For every youth ticket purchased, fans will receive a free hot dog and soda. The coupon must be presented at the time of purchase. The offer allows for only one ticket per coupon.

Comcast Hometown Network Coverage: The San Jose Giants and Comcast Hometown Network have once again joined forces to bring fans an expanded schedule of 20 LIVE television broadcasts during the 2012 season. Tune in and catch the action for the first two games against the Inland Empire 66ers, Friday, July 20 and Saturday, July 21. Joe Ritzo will be joined by Greg Young for the first game, while Rocky Koplik will provide color commentary on Saturday.
