Several Rangers to Rehab with Express in Coming Days

ROUND ROCK, Texas - Three Texas Rangers pitchers will begin rehab assignments with Round Rock when the Express return to play following tonight's Triple-A All-Star Game in Buffalo, N.Y. Alexi Ogando, Neftali Feliz and Koji Uehara all will pitch for the Express in the upcoming home series.

Round Rock hosts the Memphis Redbirds (St. Louis Cardinals) for a four-game series at The Dell Diamond. The series runs Thursday through Sunday with a 7:05 p.m. CDT first pitch Thursday, Friday and Sunday nights; Saturday's game starts at 6:05 p.m. Tickets are available through the Express ticket office at (512) 255-2255 or online at www.RoundRockExpress.com.

Ogando will pitch one inning Thursday and two innings Saturday. He is 1-0 with one save and a 2.08 ERA (8 ER/34.2 IP) in 27 relief outings and one start with the Rangers. Feliz is scheduled to throw two innings Sunday and three innings July 18 when the Express play at Nashville. He is 3-1 with a 3.16 ERA (15 ER/42.2 IP) in seven starts and one relief outing this season. Uehara, who is scheduled to work one inning Saturday, has no record and a 2.11 ERA (5 ER/21.1 IP) in two relief appearances with the Rangers.
