WICHITA, KS- The Wichita Wingnuts lost 13-2 to the Lincoln Saltdogs at Lawrence-Dumont Stadium on Saturday night.

Alan Rick's two-out, RBI double to center field in the top of the sixth inning broke a 2-2 tie and triggered a string of 11 unanswered runs from the Saltdogs. After the Saltdogs tacked on a fifth run in the top of the seventh, Rick hit a three-run double to center field to make it 8-2. Rick drove in his fifth of the night later in the inning with a line drive single to right. John Alonso provided the final margin with a ninth-inning sacrifice fly.

Lincoln got off to a quick start when Mike Provencher doubled down the right field line to lead off the game. Asif Shah followed with a single up the middle to score Provencher with the game's first run. A hit batsman and a walk loaded the bases with no outs, setting up a sacrifice fly from Alonso.
