San Antonio - San Antonio Missions infielder Cody Decker has been named the Texas League Player of the Week for the week of April 30-May 6.
Decker hit .400 (8x20) with two doubles, three home runs and six RBI while recording a .522 on-base percentage and a slugging percentage of 1.000 in six games during the week.
On the season, the 25-year old native of Santa Monica, CA is hitting .279 (24x86) in 28 games for San Antonio with four doubles, nine home runs, 17 RBI and 15 runs scored.
Decker is tied for second in the league in homers, ranks third in slugging (.663) and has the best home run/at-bat ratio in all of Double-A (1/9.56).
