Pearl, MS - The Mississippi Braves announce today Tuesday, April 17, 2012, that INF Ozzie Chavez has been released from the organization. Chavez began the year with the M-Braves on the disabled list and never saw time as an active player during the 2012 season.
Mississippi's roster has 25 active players and 4 disabled.
