Baysox Try out Basketball

BOWIE, Md. - The Bowie Baysox announce today Basketball Night with the Washington Wizards and Mystics at Prince George's Stadium, Friday, April 20 at 7:05 p.m., and Saturday, April 21 at 6:35 p.m. as the Baysox take on the Erie SeaWolves. Each of the two nights will feature appearances by current and former Wizards and Mystics players, as well as Wizards girls, mascots and more.

On Friday, fans can Meet Washington Mystics players Ashley Robinson and Natasha Lacey and on Saturday, fans will be able to meet former Washington Bullets player Michael Adams, plus there will be Wizards Girls and mascots in attendance both nights. All players and Wizards girls in attendance will be honored on the field before the game and will be available on the concourse for autographs during the game.

Assistant General Manager Phil Wrye helped get the Wizards and Mystics out to the stadium this season. "We are very excited to have two professional basketball teams from right down the road in Washington, DC coming out to support the Baysox," Wrye said. "This night will be a great chance to meet a former Bullets player and some of the current stars of the Washington Mystics."
