Energy Re-Acquire Guard Russell Carter

DES MOINES, IA Dec 9, 2011- The 2011 NBA D-League Champion Iowa Energy have re-acquired 6'5" guard Russell Carter, who was released due to injury during training camp in November.
Carter played collegiately at Notre Dame University, where he averaged 17.1 points and 4.9 rebounds per game as a senior in 2006-2007. After college, Carter has played in Italy, Venezuela, Belgium and Argentina.
The signing of Carter brings the Energy's roster to 12, the maximum allowed by the league at the moment.
The Energy host Sioux Falls tonight and tomorrow, with both games tipping at 7pm. Tickets for all regular season games are now on sale at www.DahlsTickets.com.
