Raiders Recall Santucci
December 5, 2011 - Western Hockey League (WHL) Prince Albert Raiders
Prince Albert SK - The Prince Albert Raiders have recalled 17-year-old forward Joey Santucci from the Grandview Steelers of the Pacific International Junior Hockey League for the remainder of the pre-Christmas portion of the season, which ends on December 16th.Santucci has appeared in 21 games for the Steelers this season, scoring 8 goals and 10 assists to go with 48 penalty minutes. The Coquitlam, BC native scored 13 goals and 29 assists in 39 games for the Vancouver NE Chiefs of the BCMMHL last season.
The Raiders have 6 games remaining before the Christmas break, including home games against the Regina Pats Tuesday followed by the Kamloops Blazers and Kelowna Rockets on Tuesday December 13th and Friday December 17th, respectively.
