Gratchev, Stewart Recalled to Binghamton

The Elmira Jackals announced on Monday that their AHL affiliate, the Binghamton Senators, has recalled forward Maxime Gratchev and goaltender Brian Stewart.

Gratchev, a third-year pro from Novosibirsk, Russia, has five goals and six assists for 11 points in 13 games with Elmira this season. He has no points in two games with the B-Sens in 2011-2012.

Stewart, a second-year pro from Burnaby, British Columbia is 4-2-0-0 with Elmira in 2011-2012 with a .923 save percentage and a 2.74 goals-against average. He made 34 saves on 36 shots and was five for five in the shootout in the Jackals' 3-2 victory over the Kalamazoo Wings on Saturday night at First Arena. Stewart has not participated in a game with Binghamton this season.

Elmira hosts the Trenton Titans on Friday and the Reading Royals on Saturday at First Arena, with both games starting at 7:35 p.m. Come out and celebrate Thanksgiving with the Jackals!
