Old Favorites, New Deals Highlight Grizzlies Weekly Promotions

FRESNO, CA - The Fresno Grizzlies, Triple-A affiliate of the 2010 World Champion San Francisco Giants, announced their diverse lineup of weekly promotions today. As always, the offers focus on providing the best possible entertainment value to the Central Valley community. Traditions like Monday Madness, Thirsty Thursday and Save Mart Sunday will return in 2011, and will be joined by 2-for-Tuesday and World Champion Wednesday to give fans even more ways to enjoy Grizzlies Baseball this season.

Monday Madness - Presented by ABC 30 The Grizzlies will once again offer the value-packed "Monday Madness" deal, presented by ABC 30. The comprehensive family entertainment pack including two Field Level Reserve tickets, two hot dogs, two sodas, two Wild Water Adventure Park passes, two Blackbeard's Mini Golf passes and two Storyland Playland unlimited ride Fantasy Day passes, is worth well over $100 in value, but is available to Grizzlies fans every Monday for just $32.

2-For-Tuesday - Presented by KMPH FOX 26 The Grizzlies present another great value with 2-For-Tuesday, presented by KMPH FOX 26. Fans can purchase 2-for-1 Field Box seats and they will also receive two free Children's Buffets at John's Incredible Pizza Company. Hot dogs and 12-ounce sodas will also be just $2 through the fifth inning and kids will have free, unlimited Fun Zone access all game long.

World Champion Wednesday - Presented by The Fresno Bee As part of the season-long celebration of their parent club's World Championship, the Grizzlies are proud to introduce "World Champion Wednesday", presented by The Fresno Bee. The first 1,000 fans through the gates each Wednesday will receive a "Giant" commemorative playing card, presented by Disabled American Veterans. Each Wednesday will feature a former Grizzlies player who became a World Champion with the Giants in 2010. Giants merchandise will also be 10% off in the Grizzlies Team Store on Wednesdays only, and fans wearing Giants gear to the ballpark can purchase a Field Level Reserve seat for only $5 (walk-up only).

Also every Wednesday, one lucky fan will win a trip for four, complete with an overnight stay at the luxurious Donatello Hotel in Union Square, to see the Giants play at AT&T Park.

Thirsty Thursday - Presented by Tecate and Tecate Light The liveliest night of the week is back, as "Thirsty Thursday", presented by Tecate and Tecate Light, makes its triumphant return in 2011. Fans can purchase $1 12-ounce Tecate and Tecate Light through the end of the 5th inning, as well as $1 soda all game long. In addition, the Grizzlies will offer 20-ounce Tecate products for just $2 each and every Thursday game this season (excludes Opening Night).

Save Mart Sunday - Presented by Save Mart Supermarkets "Save Mart Sunday", presented by Save Mart Supermarkets, returns to offer the whole family a complete baseball experience. Fans will have the chance to meet and greet future champions with a Future Giants Autograph session pregame every Sunday home game, and kids will have a chance to run the bases following the game. In addition, the Grizzlies will open up Chukchansi Park for a pregame Family Catch on the Field every Sunday beginning on July 10th and running through the end of the season. "We are proud to continue to offer the deals that our fans have grown to love over the years, while introducing some great new options to the weekly lineup," said Grizzlies President and General Manager Chris Cummings. "We also have a unique opportunity to celebrate the Giants' magical 2010 Championship run and hope our fans will join in on the fun every Wednesday this season."

Monday Madness ticket packages will be available for purchase on Friday, April 1st at 10:00am over the phone at 559.320.TIXS or in person at the Chukchansi Park Box Office. 2-For-Tuesday, Thirsty Thursday and Save Mart Sunday tickets are on sale now. The World Champion Wednesday ticket deal will only be available day of game.

The Fresno Grizzlies host Fresno Pacific University in an exhibition game on April 5th and begin their 10th Pacific Coast League season at Chukchansi Park on Thursday, April 7th, 2011 when they welcome the Las Vegas 51s to Downtown Fresno.
