
Energy Acquire Two 2011 Draft Picks in Trade with Bakersfield

DES MOINES, IA, Nov. 8, 2010 - The Iowa Energy have acquired 2011 second and third round draft picks from the Bakersfield Jam in exchange for Luke Zeller and a 2011 eighth round pick.
Iowa will receive Bakersfield's own third round pick and a second round pick previously traded by Texas to Bakersfield.
Zeller, a 6'11" forward, was the Energy's second round pick in last week's NBA D-League draft. With the trade, the Energy now hold seven picks in the first four rounds of next year's draft.
The Energy open their 2010 home campaign on Saturday, November 20th vs. the Dakota Wizards. Season tickets are still available for just $199. Single game tickets are on sale at www.iowanba.com.
