Vancouver Giants Sign Dalton Reum

Vancouver, B.C. - Vancouver Giants Executive Vice President and General Manager Scott Bonner is pleased to announce the signing of 18 year old defenceman Dalton Reum. The Camrose, Alberta native spent last season playing for the Drayton Valley Thunder of the Alberta Junior Hockey League, recording 1 goal, 7 assists, 8 points, and 108 penalty minutes in 51 games.

"We are excited to have Dalton join our organization, " said Bonner. " We believe there is huge upside to his game and feel he will benefit from working with Don Hay, who has a long history of helping to develop young blueliners."

The Vancouver Giants open up their exhibition schedule Friday September 3rd at the Ladner Arena at the Ladner Leisure Centre when they play host to the Kelowna Rockets. Game time is 7:30pm.
