New Orleans Baby Cakes News Release
Rick Vandenhurk pitched a seven inning complete game as the Zephyrs defeated Portland 2-1 at PGE Park on Thursday. Danny Richar drilled a two run second inning home run to provide the offense. New Orleans has won the first three games of the series. Game two of the doubleheader is coming up at 9pm.
The Zephyrs open a eight game homestand on Friday night.
