SAINT JOHN, NB --- The Canadian Hockey League unveiled its latest BMO MasterCard Top Ten rankings today, with the Saint John Sea Dogs coming in at #2 on the prestigious list. The weekly rankings of the CHL's Top Ten teams are selected by a panel of NHL scouts. Saint John is one of three QMJHL squads to earn a spot on this week's list.

1 - Barrie Colts, OHL (54-9-0-2)

2 - Saint John Sea Dogs, QMJHL (52-11-1-1)

3 - Windsor Spitfires, OHL (49-11-0-5)

4 - Drummondville Voltigeurs, QMJHL (46-15-0-2)

5 - Calgary Hitmen, WHL (49-17-1-2)

6 - Moncton Wildcats, QMJHL (44-13-1-4)

7 - Brandon Wheat Kings, WHL (47-18-1-3)

8 - London Knights, OHL (47-15-1-2)

9 - Saskatoon Blades, WHL (45-17-3-4)

10 - Tri-City Americans, WHL (45-21-1-2)

Saint John captured the Jean Rougeau Trophy as QMJHL regular season champions this past weekend. Sea Dogs post-season tickets go on sale this coming Saturday, March 13 at 12pm noon at the Harbour Station Box Office (657-1234 or www.tickets.harbourstation.ca). Game One of the Sea Dogs' opening round playoff series will be played at Harbour Station on Friday, March 19 at 7:30pm versus either P.E.I. or Cape Breton.
