
Lenz Commits To University Of Vermont

DES MOINES - Head Coach Mike Guentzel and General Manager & Director of Hockey Operations J.P. Parise announced today that forward H.T. Lenz has committed to the University of Vermont.
The 20-year-old Vienna, Virginia native has appeared in 33 games for the Buccaneers this season and record 32 points (15g, 17a). Lenz has scored at least one point in the last three games for the Bucs. Lenz is playing in his second season for the Buccaneers - appearing in all 60 games in the 2008-2009 season and posting 28 points (8g, 20a).
The University of Vermont is a Division I school in the Hockey East conference. They are currently 10-6-2 overall and 4-5-2 in the Hockey East and coached by Kevin Sneddon. Lenz will join teammate Connor Brickley, who is also committed to play at Vermont. Former Buccaneer Colin Vock is currently on the roster for the Catamounts.
With the addition of Lenz's commitment, the Buccaneers have a total of 14 players committed to play Division I hockey.
