Spitfires' Special Notes
- Goaltender Troy Passingham won his league leading 26th game of the season. He is also tied for second in the OHL with 3 shutouts and is ranked third in the league with a 2.43 goals against average.
- Spitfire players currently occupy seven of the top eleven spots in the OHL for plus/minus rating (1st Cundari +32, tied for 2nd Fowler +26, tied for 4th Henrique and Hall +25, 6th Wellwood +23, tied for 9th Young +22, tied for 10th Nemisz + 21)
- Three Spitfires are ranked in the top ten for the OHL Scoring Race (1st Hall - 59 points, 2nd - Henrique - 53 points, 6th - Nemisz - 48 points)
- Forwards Taylor Hall, Greg Nemisz, Adam Henrique and defenseman Ryan Ellis are currently out of the lineup for the Spitfires as they are playing for Team Canada at the 2010 IIHF World Junior Hockey Championships. Forward Richard Panik is also participating in the world championship as a member of Team Slovakia.
- Defenseman Cam Fowler and forward Kenny Ryan are currently attending the Team USA World Junior Selection Camp
