Spikes 2010 Single-Game Tix And Past Game-Worn Jerseys On Sale Saturday

State College Spikes fans will have the opportunity to own something from the future and something from the past starting tomorrow at Noon!

Single-game tickets for all 2010 Spikes regular season home games will go on sale tomorrow at Noon, as will game-worn jerseys donned by Spikes stars such as Victor Black, Brian Friday, Mark Hamilton, Danny Moskos, Adam Ottavino, Brendan Ryan and Tony Sanchez. Both on sale dates coincide with the Spikes "Winter Wonderland" event from Noon to 3 p.m. at Medlar Field at Lubrano Park.

Fans can purchase both tickets for 2010 and past game-worn jerseys in person at the ballpark, while also enjoying a bevy of fun activities, including ballpark tours, kids arts and crafts, swings in the indoor batting cages, mascot appearances and much more.

Fans can be the first to secure to the best seats to any of the Spikes' 38 New York-Penn League regular season home games in one of three ways:

1. In person at the Medlar Field at Lubrano Park Box Office Saturday from 12-3 and weekdays during regular business hours

2. By phone at (814) 272-1711 or (877) 99-SPIKES Saturday from 12-3 and weekdays during regular business hours

3. On-line at StateCollegeSpikes.com 24 hours a day seven days a week, beginning Saturday at Noon

Standard single-game ticket prices for the Spikes' 2010 season will remain at the same affordably-priced level as the 2009 season. Diamond Club (Sec. 101-109) will remain $11, Field Box (Sec. 201-204) is priced at $9 per seat, Bullpen Box (Sec. 301-305) is just $7 and the Outfield Bleacher section is only $6 per ticket.

The Spikes fifth season of providing Central Pennsylvania's best summertime family value will open Saturday, June 19 at 7:05 p.m. against the rival Williamsport Crosscutters.

Game worn jerseys are on sale for $125 and can be purchased in person at Off the Rack Outfitters.

The Spikes will be changing the style of their home uniforms in 2010 so the club is making the old home sleeveless jerseys available to fans on a first-come, first-serve basis.
