Visalia Rawhide News Release
VISALIA-Dog lovers throughout Tulare County: we want you! Grab your best non-human friend and head out to Recreation Ballpark on Wednesday, July 22nd for the first annual Bark at the Park event, and help support a great cause.
A section of the grass Pasture will be set aside for dog owners and their four-legged companions. Bark tickets start at $6 for humans and $3 for animals, with a portion of all proceeds going to the Visalia chapter of the Society for the Prevention of Cruelty to Animals.
The night will be sponsored by the Visalia SPCA and by Heiskell's Feed Depot. Heiskell partners will be handing out free goodie bags filled with treats for dogs and their owners. Free water dishes will also be provided.
There's never been a better time to make your dog a Rawhide fan! Come cheer, applaud, and bark for Tulare County's only professional sports team as they take on the San Jose Giants. Game time is 7:05 PM, and gates open at 6 PM.
