The Tampa Bay Rays have made the following moves affecting the roster of Double-A Montgomery prior to their game against Jacksonville tonight:
RHP Heath Rollins activated from Hudson Valley (Short-A) roster...LHP Brandon Mann transferred to Hudson Valley (Short-A) roster [24 + 1]
Rollins is activated in time to make his scheduled start tonight against the Suns. The Biscuits continue with the Southern League maximum of 24 active players. One player (Jason Perry) is currently on the Disabled List.
