Falcons Assign Paukovich And Hrabal To Stockton

Springfield, MA - The Springfield Falcons, proud members of the American Hockey League, announced today that they have assigned forward Geoff Paukovich and defenseman Josef Hrabal to their ECHL affiliate, the Stockton Thunder. The Falcons also announced they have assigned forward Kelly Czuy to the ECHL's Las Vegas Wranglers.

Paukovich has spent the entire 2008-09 season with the Falcons collecting one goal and three assists for four points and 34 penalty minutes in 27 games with Springfield. The 6-foot-4, 215-pound native of Englewood, Colorado spent the 2007-08 campaign with Stockton where he registered 13 goals and 13 assists for 26 points and 94 penalty minutes in 70 games.

Hrabal has split the 2008-09 campaign between Springfield and Stockton. In 17 games with the Falcons, he has one assist and 14 penalty minutes. In eight games with the Thunder, he has four assists and eight penalty minutes.

Czuy made his Falcons debut on January 16 at Hartford after starting the year with Las Vegas. In nine games with the Wranglers, the Edmonton, Alberta native posted one goal and five assists for six points and 10 penalty minutes.
