
Teddy Bear Toss This Friday

Appleton, WI: The Wisconsin Timber Rattlers along with their mascot, Fang, are excited to welcome back the annual Teddy Bear Toss to Time Warner Cable Field this Friday, August 1st. Fans are invited to bring in a new or gently used stuffed animal to be tossed onto the field during the game. The event, in conjunction with Fang's birthday party and Family Frenzy night, will benefit area children in need of comfort.
Additional activities include meet and greets with area mascots, kids eat free, an activity book giveaway, pre-game mascot kickball game, post-game fireworks, and kids run the bases. Gates will open at 5:30pm with the first pitch of the Rattlers game at 7:05pm.
Tickets start at five dollars and may be purchased by calling the Timber Rattler box office at 800-WI-TIMBER. Fans can also order and print their tickets at home by logging onto www.timberrattlers.com.
