Burlington, IA (September 6, 2006) "" The Burlington Bees will be ordering new uniforms for 2007 which means fans now have the opportunity to acquire the jersey worn by their favorite players over the last few seasons. All three styles of uniforms will be available: the home whites, the road grays, and the Sunday/BP royal blue mesh jerseys, as well as the jackets issued to the players and coaching staff. The home white jerseys and the BP tops have been worn for the last two seasons. The road gray jerseys have been worn since 2001, the first year of affiliation with the Kansas City Royals. The road jerseys also feature the sleeve patch commemorating the 100th anniversary of Minor League Baseball and American Flag patches above the numbers on the back. The jackets were purchased in 2002. The white and gray jerseys are available for $100 each, the BP tops are $75 each, and the jackets are $50 each. Fans can by a set of one of each jersey for $225.

The gray jerseys worn by Royals pitchers Runelvys Hernandez (2001) and Ambiorix Burgos (2004) along with Double-A prospects and #1 picks Chris Lubanski (2004) and Mitch Maier (2004) during their time with the Bees along with the jerseys worn this year by Royals captain Mike Sweeney on his rehab assignment and #1 overall pick Luke Hochevar will be autographed and auctioned off at the Burlington Bees/Friends of Community Field Winter Banquet or a future on-line auction.
